The Opportunity
4impact was engaged to recover a wayward data project, including establishing a new daily data feed into the warehouse which provided better reconciliation and more timely reporting.

Taking an agile approach for delivery and assembling a data management team, 4impact worked with RACQ to build a set of robust and repeatable scripts to manage the transfer of data.
Coupled with the creation of a suite of managerial, actuarial and other reports that could be periodically run on data sets, the 4impact team's work enabled RACQ to build confidence within the business during the project and provide deeper insights into their data through the use of newer products.
Project Outcome
Following previous failed attempts by RACQ to migrate the data, 4impact was successful in salvaging the project within 6 months and established a new daily data feed into the warehouse that provided better reconciliation and more timely reporting.
