As a referral incentive you will receive “1% of the Contract Placement Value (CPV)”.
By way of example:

  • Refer someone who is skilled in Project Management to us, then of we place them into a client project at $255,000, then we pay you $2,550.*

2. Refer a Technology Project opportunity

Our Project Referral Program rewards anyone who provides us with qualified referrals for upcoming technology projects, that we win. It is as simple as providing the referral details, and we do the rest!
Once we win this project – you get paid!

What's in it for you if you refer through a successful Project?

As a referral incentive you will receive “1% of the project Annual Contract Value (ACV)”.
By way of example:

  • A systems integration project worth $1,000,000 – you get $10,000*
  • A project Resourcing requirement for $280,000 – you get $2,800*
  • A data warehousing project worth $250,000 – you get $2,500*

General
•    This referral program is open to anyone, excluding 4impact full-time employees.
•    4impact reserves the right to change the eligibility requirements of the incentive program at any time.
•    There is no limit to the number of referrals you may provide.
•    Referrals are paid at 1% of Contract Placement Value or Annual Contract Value up to $10,000.
•    Referrals are valid for 12 months from date of submission.
•    Contract Placement Value is the value of a contract earned in one placement.
•    Annual Contract Value is the value of a contract earned in year one.

Contractor Placement opportunity Referral Program
•    You will provide us with the referral name, their contact details and, if possible the type of role they are looking to fill.
•    The referral incentive is not payable for any Client that requires Project Resources that are already known or have worked with to 4impact.
•    Once we place a Contractor for your nominated referral, you will be paid your referral incentive 3 months after the contract start date.

Project Referral Program
•    You will provide us with the project details including – project name, a short project description, the key project contact, and their contact details.
•    We will check our project register, and if we don’t know about the project, we will advise you are eligible for a reward.
•    At this point someone from 4impact will reach out and ask for you to introduce them to the client contact.
•    Once we win the project, you will be paid your referral incentive 3 months after contract signature.
